Play Hard

This layout is for the sketch challenge at Scrap City. Most everything on this page is from Noel's latest kit. I cut the title from a new Cricut cartridge called Graphically Speaking, I really like this cartridge and I hope I start using my Cricut more often.

I've finished all the challenges for Scrap City this month. Can anyone give me some good challenge blogs, I'm not crazy about sketches or cards? And since I haven't had a RAK in awhile I will draw a name from the comments on this post to win a scrappy package of happy mail from my stash, I just got a huge order from Frugalities and I would love to share.

edited: I will put your name in for the RAK even if you just leave a comment, but please somebody tell where to find some good challenges. And by the way, don't just come here for the RAK and never come back again, come visit often! lol Anyone is welcome to add me to their list.

ps. I will put a tutorial up tomorrow on how to make the pinwheels. I use them instead of flowers on my boy pages sometimes and they are really easy to make!

I'm just about done with my challenges! I've been doing some at 4 Scrappy Sisters, but cards and sketches are included. If I think of another site, I'll let you know!

CUTE layout! I want Graphically Speaking so bad! I can't spend right now, but that doesn't mean that I don't WANT to!

I will make more visits, if you allow me to add you to my "blog" friend list. I don't slack as much if I have you on the list. Plus I just seen your post on the fiskateers mb, and I didn't know you were one, of course I am new there, so I am seeing lots of people I know hanging out there. Now you know what it takes to make me visit more often, that is if you want me too. {smiles}

Hmm...will have to think about it, if you don't like sketches or cards.

I admit, I don't pop in as often as I should :) ... I need to find a better way to organize the blogs that I like! I know have yours marked!

Nice pinwheel and I really like how you've used lots of layers to add interest.

I'm not a challenge person. I'm still in the learning stages. But you might check out this site:
http://community.livejournal.com/ready_set_scrap/
I like #2 where the challenge was to create a layout inspired by a novel.

Two Peas, www.twopeasinabucket.com also has challenges.
