This is for the May sketch challenge at Scrap City. I did some stitching on the the mat to mimick the stitching on the baseball.
Photos from Logen's first baseball game. I captured his first trip to home plate! They are really cute to watch, his team is made up of 4,5 and 6 year olds. Logen's 4 so he is one of the younger ones and doesn't have a clue what to do, but when the coach says run...he runs!

Oh, how clever to handstitch, just like a baseball! Very cool effect!
My daughter played soccer at that age and she was the same way. Run, okay, I can do that. But if the ball came anywhere near her she would run the other way.
