BFFs

This was my first time using Gesso on a layout, it is a little bit thicker than acrylic paint and I thought it might work better with the Heidi Swapp masks I used on this layout. It did have better coverage, but it wrinkled more than it would have with paint. I ironed the paper and it was better. I will use Gesso again because it gives a good base for handwriting journaling.

This layout is for my Aunt's album so I didn't do any journaling. I am the scrapbooker in the family, I make pages for my aunt and my cousin.

Too funny! I am the only scrapbooker in my families (hubby's and mine) and I've made scrapbooks for my nieces and nephews. My SIL just told me that she is contracting out to her SIL who doesn't have a job and doesn't have kids because she'll be faster than me:).
